Team Lead/Supervisor for Remote CS Team (Work from Home)

We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee our remote Customer Support team. Work from home as you lead our CS team to the next level of excellence.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage our Customer Support Team, currently 6 agents working remotely
  • Brainstorm, develop and document processes and procedures for different scenarios that the CS Team might face and continuously improve them
  • Create standard scripts and replies for CSRs for different scenarios
  • Create a testing system to screen candidates applying for the CSR role
  • Enhance training system for new agents encompassing:
    • Documentation of training manuals
    • Documentation and development of processes and procedures for ongoing trainings and personal development of CSRs
  • Position reports directly to company CEO

Requirements

  • Customer Support Team Management experience
  • Experience working with remote teams
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with technology startup companies
