We are very proud of the MaestroConference team - including the software & telephony engineers, graphic designers, marketing specialists, salespeople, and animators that are not listed below.

  Brian Burt   Brian Burt - Founder. At Charles Schwab, Brian led many successful multi-million-dollar technology projects in the areas of marketing, telephone technology, and CRM systems.  Brian was also principal of a very successful consulting firm specializing in large technology project leadership, and has led many weekend workshops around purpose & financial alignment. Brian holds a Master's degree in Mathematics.  When not working he is often practicing yoga, running, or sailing on his Cheoy Lee 40 around San Francisco Bay.
       
 

  Marcy Deluce - Chief Operating Officer.  Marcy manages Technical Operations and Customer Support for MaestroConference. Most recently she was the co-founder and VP of Engineering for Critical Path (NASD: CPTH), where she led development of the systems behind the world's largest dialtone-grade email service.  Critical Path was named "the world's best-managed, fastest growing high tech company" in 2000 by Forbes ASAP.  At CP, she ran Engineering from inception to 500 customers, 4.2 million mailboxes, and $169 million in annualized revenue.
       
  Aaryn Herridge   Aaryn Herridge - Business Development. Aaryn brings sales and business development expertise to the team. She has years of experience producing partnerships and implementing marketing initiatives for education and coaching companies and has been instrumental in the growth of start-ups. Aaryn led sales for Live Out Loud, an education company, growing revenues from $0 to $16MM in four years. She is smart, savvy and adores creating fun in her work environment. Aaryn is a voracious reader, avid yogini, and connoisseur of adventure.
       
  Richard Calosso
  Richard Calosso - Technology. Richard leads the development team and is responsible for building the conference services, customer service system, and marketing technology. He is known for having an incredibly broad set of technical problem-solving skills, having brought numerous start-ups through the early stages of growth.  He brings over 20 years of experience for companies such as Providian Financial, Xansa and ComputerLand/Vanstar.  Richard lives in San Ramon and loves to spend time with his wife and two daughters.
       
  Lisa Abbott
  Lisa Abbott- Marketing. Lisa was VP Marketing at Ugobe, where she launched the robotic life form Pleo with an acclaimed PR effort and innovative online community. Previously, she has won awards for innovative marketing leadership for firms such as HJ Heinz and Kraft General Foods. Lisa has also spent ten years in nonprofit management including as Executive Director of Siddha Yoga Meditation, and she maintains a daily meditation practice.
       
  Mitch Feigenberg   Mitch Feigenberg - Facilitation & Training. Mitch has supervised sales offices, trained thousands of participants, and worked with dozens of Fortune 500 clients. He has led highly participatory transformational workshops for over 20 years on five continents.  He teaches courses on facilitation (via the MaestroConference platform of course) so that clients lead calls which achieve their goals. He is also available for individual consultation or as a co-facilitator for important events. 
       
  Kattie Harris   Kati Harris - Finance & Operations. Kati manages finance and operations for MaestroConference. Previously she managed a large registration team for Landmark Education, and managed finance and customer service for Financial Circles. She is also coach with a lifelong commitment to others fulfilling their potential.
