Customers own the records of events and data in their account. This means that the personal information that participants enter when registering or attending an event are owned by the Customer. We do not share personal information with third parties except as described in this privacy policy. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers to perform services on your behalf. Third-party service providers have access to personal information needed only to perform their functions and they must process the personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.

MaestroConference will not sell or trade any of your identifiable information derived from the registration for or use of the Service, including names, email addresses, and phone numbers (except as required by law or other legal process, or to enforce or apply our Customer agreements).

MaestroConference Use of Information

MaestroConference may contact users electronically or otherwise with various information about the Service or other relevant information unless you specifically opt out of such messages.

MaestroConference reserves the right to use your name, title, biography, company and/or website address in our promotional materials. All of the calls to or from MaestroConference’s customer support may be recorded for the purpose of monitoring quality assurance.

MaestroConference may not contact participants of Customer events except those who expressly opt in to MaestroConference’s messaging. MaestroConference may contact those who have opted in to our marketing via phone or email and reference the Customer, presenters and/or event attended. MaestroConference may access these records and data for testing and quality assurance purposes. We may also contact presenters for co-marketing, service, or other purposes.

In some events hosted and produced by MaestroConference, MaestroConference is the customer. In such cases, MaestroConference owns the data, and may contact you until you explicitly tell us otherwise, but the rest of this privacy policy still applies, and thus, we still may not sell or trade your information to others.

Your Access To And Control Over Information

Customers may request access to information we have about your account at anytime the account is active. MaestroConference will also provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your personal information. MaestroConference will maintain copies of all records and data in the account for quality control purposes.

Participants may request to “unsubscribe” or “do not contact” via automated links or by emailing support@maestroconference.com and MaestroConference will honor such requests in a reasonable timeframe. However, since we provide your information to Customers, we cannot be responsible if the Customer continues to contact you. Please contact the Customer directly, or we can forward a message to Customer on your behalf on a best-efforts basis.

Security
