Premium Custom Audio Billing Details

Billing

Premium Custom Audio adds an additional $15 per month to your MaestroConference subscription plan. The service starts immediately after activation, and the subscription is automatically invoiced and charged each calendar month. If you're on an annual billing plan, you will be charged annually only for the months used.

The service includes:

• The ability to upload up to 30 custom audio cues in .WAV, or .MP3 audio formats, of a maximum combined size of 100MB.
• Access to an additional 8 new hold music tracks.
• The ability to upload up to 10 additional custom hold music tracks, of a maximum combined size of 100MB.

De-Activation

You can de-activate the feature at any time using the de-activation link found in the Custom Audio section of the conference Management screen. De-activation must be made at least 10 days prior to the next monthly billing period in order to avoid being charged for the full monthly period. Once de-activated, you will still have access to the feature through the end of the final monthly period.
