The state of affairs of the Women in Africa is a subject that can attract and be of interest to any woman and her family wherever we are. The subject of Healing Trauma is a world wide issue nowadays, and is not only confined to the horror and sorrow in Africa. So the use of the Maestro system in this way could benefit not only the project, its fund and support raising, but also give specific tools and awareness to people wherever they are and join in opening the heart to our oneness.
One of the goals of the project, as the African women themselves have stated, is to engage them in 21st century technology. For that we have been bringing video cameras and teaching them how to document their lifes, it has been such a joyful experience and one that brings the juice of creativity and widening their horizons. The women want to be heard and be known, they have a vision of sharing their insights and small and large breakthroughs with other villages. Most villages nowadays still do not have electricity, yet there is a growing amount of community centers that have at least one computer that could be used in case one would like to communicate. Trauma and repeated trauma can narrow and cripple ones view of reality and capability. It might be a far fetched idea, and then that is where we would like to envision, how Maestro could be used also by the women themselves in order to discuss and share between themselves, how this new technology could support the skill learning the mastery and be utilized for the follow up stage in the training, as well as for that same horizon expansion and awareness raising. It might be a beginning for an education and manifestation network.

I'm not sure MaestroConference is the best tool for a business as small as mine, but I would love to use it as a supplemental host for communication games I lead and play in at people's homes. I've always wanted to do that by phone for people who can't get there in person (such as my friend in Korea) and without being able to raise hands it's not possible to play. I even tried to set it up in second-life, but got into a dead end. Now that I think of it, you could also play the first game with breakout sessions of 2 people. Very fun.

I wonder also if there would be a way of doing group ritual by phone, or a best approxmiation of M. Scott Peck's Community Building process, or having the teleconference medium be a more intuitive thing for _business meetings_. This is for a group of very right-brained people. If the whole group could know when someone was raising a hand that might be one useful thing. Breakout groups, not so much, but the ability to vote anonymously would be very helpful. We work by consensus, so there's no need to count. My community doesn't have the budget for a state-of-the-art system now, but you've gotten me thinking about how we can use the touchtones on the phone in a whole new way. I want to grow my business because the work I do increasing women's self confidence is so important for the women concerned and the world in general. And they will raise more confident children.

As a responsible human being in the earth's turning point, aware of how the world is evolving, I'm writing a book that will be converted into an Internet play game on how to dress consciously. 1. WHY do you want to grow your business and your income right now?

As a life coach, I'm finding more and more people who are right now at a cross roads in their life. Whether it's because of a career change, job layoff, lifestyle change, aging parents, people are re-evaluating their lives.

This is a prime opportunity for people to use a coach. It is also a prime opportunity for me to grow my business.

My over arching business goal is to inspire and enlighten people to their purpose. In order to do that I need to reach many people, and have the income to do that. More income = better ways to reach people to help.

As a professional live facilitator, I've always enjoyed building and presenting workshops, seminars, etc. It is part of my growth plan for my business.

Because I want to reach people nationwide (and soon internationally), tele-classes were an obvious choice, but I struggled with my natural wanting to do breakout groups, structure conversations, etc. MasetroConference provides an unequaled experience both for the facilitator and the participant. It's hard to engage people you can't see. By being able to break them up into smaller groups to work on activities, have a discussion, etc., they have a better learning experience and get to participate!

Our work involves helping healthcare and emergency medical care systems improve their ability to provide efficient and effective services to the citizen of their given communities. During this time of economic crisis and this time of focus on the US Healthcare System, we feel the need to take a leadership role in helping the Country move forward.

MaestroConference wil provide us a means of working with clients remotely. This will help us provide lower cost service, while at the same time allowing us to communicate in a very dynamic manner with our clients. 2) I'm the world's top relationship with money coach: I gotta walk my talk.

How will Maestro help me achieve these goals?

I did one call with Maestro on July 27, didn't try to sell a thing on the call, and I made $70,000 in two weeks. I'm being approached by reputable personal development companies regarding high profile partnerships and co-branding... cause people in those companies were on my call.

Next time I train a class of Financial Alchemy coaches, I think I'll do it virtually. This year I received emails from coaches in Australia, South Africa and Spain... they were broken hearted that they couldn't swing the trip to Beverly Hills for my training. Problem (or excuse) solved.

Money is such a personal, hot-button issue that the invisibility of VIRTUAL breakout sessions works to my advantage: people feel safer to share. You could hear that in my call--people recounting first-hand experiences of rape and torture to a "room" of over 200 people, scarcely 30 minutes into the call. It's easy to take people really deep really quickly with this format.
